“TEPLOFF” heating film is a modern infrared heater with a thickness of 0,3 mm, laminated on both sides with a special high insulating and fire retardant polymer.

In the base film there is an electrical contact between copper conductive foil and carbon heating elements, pasted together with a non-combustible material and coated with activated carbon with contaminants and inclusions neutralizer.

In addition, heat generated by the film can be compared with the warmth of sunlight, as the carbon film generates infrared radiation (far-infrared spectrum).

The film heater can be used almost semi-permanent thanks to outer PET material, special waterproof and airproof material used during the film manufacturing, the film can be used for heating the wall, the ceiling and the floor.

During the manufacturing of heating film PET material is used, it is heat-resistant and perfectly conducts infrared heat. Heating film which is spread by the carbon, the high resisting element, on the PET film and generates the heat by the carbon is made by the precise printing technology that can have the feature of less than 1 micron on process.

Our achievements and development dynamics In 2006 our company representatives visited an international fair of innovative technologies for building and finishing materials in South Korea.

At the fair they first familiarized with such technology as floor heating film based on infrared radiation. In Russia nobody knew about such a technology because cable heating systems were very popular. Have conducted warm floors marketing research in Russia, we came to the conclusion that the film system that is affordable and easy to install, will be interesting for our customers, and eventually will be in demand. We were sure that such a novelty would be interesting and necessary for our consumers.

That’s why we have decided to represent interests of plant production in Russia. December, 2006 – concluding a distribution contract with Korean plant, producing floor heating film on exclusive right to represent it on the territory of Russian Federation. 2007

– passing a voluntary certification. We have obtained all the appropriate certificates – GOST, Sanitary Epidemiological Station certificate, Fire safety certificate. Our main aim was a public recognition of this innovation in heating systems, and adoption of this technology by people in order to ensure comfortable living conditions. It also was very important to destruct the stereotype that only using floor heating cable system can make your housing comfortable, as floor heating cable system is complex, time-taking and not always affordable for consumers.

Throughout a year we were forming and developing a regional dealer network. We have carefully prepared for this: conducted marketing research, found out who are the main players in the market of cable heating system, examined demand. As a result we made a unique offer to our potential partners: modern way of heating with an affordable price to the consumer and profit for the seller. For 1 year we established a sales network of 20 regions of Russia. We took part in specializes fairs where successfully presented our product. Taking part in a fair for us is a way to make ourselves and our product known, best way to present our products and services. It’s also a chance to find business partners and our end-users.

May, 2007 – in “Cottage 2007. Low-rise apartment construction - summer residence, garden, internal systems” fair we were awarded with a gold medal for infrared heating film promotion. September, 2007 – in "SibPolyTech-2007” fair we received a diploma for the highly competitive and high-technology products.

In 2008 we continued forming a regional dealer network and already had got dealers in 40 regions of Russia. Our company is growing and developing, number of interested in our products increases. We are working with wholesalers, construction companies, mounting organizations and retailers. Our products are presented in more than 420 outlets. We also took part in one more specialized fair - “StroySib-2008. Engineering systems, devices and equipment”. Various goods and equipment were presented in the fair. We again surprised the participants and visitors of the fair with our products. We demonstrated how infrared film is used as heating system. We were awarded with a diploma and gold medal for promotion of high technology heating equipment. Our company actively cooperates with scientific institutes and experts.

In cooperation with them we conduct researches, aimed at developing new applications of the heating film, at possible measures of caution when installing floor heating film, and at discovering new properties and characteristics of the material. 2009 – we released our own floor heating film brand “TEPLOFF” on a national scale. The brand was officially registered. Since then we have been actively working under development and promoting the new brand. For successful sales of floor heating film under the brand "TEPLOFF" we are training the staff, shop assistants, provide outlets with advertising materials for product presentation, place ads in various media, make presentation at points of sale. Since March 2009 we have started an action “Warm for kids” within program of support to preschool institutions. The action was aimed at free providing and installation of warm floor.

We have installed warm floor in 2 orphanages of Novosibirsk city where our head office is located, as well as in some cities where we have our representatives. Our dealers took the initiative and supported us in our actions. Before the installation of warm floor in child care institutions we had obtained an authorization for the product and the certificates from Ministry of Health of the region and Federal Service of control in the field of consumer protection and human welfare. The main advantage of this program is infrared heating, which is basic in floor heating film, positively influence on children’s health.

April 10, 2009 our company was awarded with the “Order of complete professionalism and innovations”.

Such an award is given by the Bureau of the Public awards of Russia and is the highest form of public recognition and reward for meritorious service to the society and the state.

The award is given for high professionalism and impeccable business reputation, for outstanding achievements in state, industrial, research, social, cultural and charitable activities that allowed making people’s lives condition better; for achievements in training and educating the younger generation, maintaining law and order. Company primary framework success is a professionalism of cohesive working team and integrated approach to work. We hired new employees - an electrical engineer, engineer on thermal physics, researchers and other professionals. Objective: to develop and manufacture the perfect unique product - a completely new floor heating film. In Novosibirsk there was established a research laboratory.

Professional researchers team has collected information on similar products on the market, identified and compared the film technical characteristics, parameters and figures, checked the film operation in different conditions, tested reaction of each kind of heating film on various types of impacts (moisture, damage of the heating element, temperature rise, compatibility with various types of floor coverings etc).

More than three months we were testing the products and as a result we have got information about each film, identified all the advantages and disadvantages of production technology and installation technology. We have developed a completely new formula for heating film, developed data on the composition design, method of installation and connecting of components. We gained:
- more uniform carbon spreading on the film that allows to achieve power dispersion of 2-3%, other heating film power dispersion is from 10 to 30 %. - uniform heat distribution because of more frequent spreading of carbon strips and stable carbon power. - optimal width of copper foil (power margin 100%). - producing of heating film on high-tech equipment (most plants, producing heating film don’t have equipment, meeting requirements of “TEPLOFF” heating film manufacturing. - during manufacturing “TEPLOFF” heating film we managed to avoid violation middleware (silver) in parts of connection carbon and copper foil. - printing the registered “TEPLOFF” brand logotype on the heating film.

May, 2009 – opening of our representative office in Guangzhou, China. Branch in Guangzhou is meant for international sale of “TEPLOFF” floor heating film. We are working with partners from Australia, Great Britain, Israel, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Portugal, Uzbekistan, Jordan, Uruguay and other countries. We have a professional managers team speaking English and Chinese for international sales. Besides our own web site in English and Chinese was developed and launched. November, 2009 – setting up our representative office in Vladivostok, Far Eastern Russia. This is a significant event for us and our partners because it let us be close to some regions.
